Everyone is welcome to our next online event as we learn together from the Bible about God, His Son and the meaning behind the festival of Passover.
Tuesday 23rd March
8 – 9pm
Online via Zoom at http://meet.walsallchristadelphians.org.uk
In addition to our own Psalms for Challenging Times videos on our YouTube channel we’d like to recommend another couple of channels to you.
Both channels are run by Christadelphians and discuss some big questions about the Bible in an easy to listen format – even if you are completely new to reading the Bible.
What is the Bible? Why should we read it? How are we supposed to read it?
You’re invited to our special online event “Finding Christ in Christmas”.
We’d love you to join us as we reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ and what this all means for us today. We’ll be singing well-known songs, reading from the Bible, listening to some thought-provoking short talks and more. It is scheduled for 15 December 2020 God willing. You can join at 19:45 for a start at 20:00 until 21:00.
We’d love to be able to meet together with you but because of the current pandemic restrictions, this will be held online via Zoom. You’ll need to install the Zoom app on your computer/tablet/phone and then in your web browser type in meet.walsallchristadelphians.org.uk to join.
A number of members of our community speak Farsi and so it’ll be translated live into Persian.
Everyone is welcome, so feel free to forward this onto your friends and family. We look forward to seeing you “online” soon, God willing!
Following the end of the recent lockdown some of us are once again meeting at the Afro-Caribbean Community Association venue for our Sunday breaking of bread service. To comply with government guidelines in order to meet safely it is essential that you contact us first if you like to attend in person.
The same service is also held online – details are available on request.
While we are under the government restrictions for Covid-19 we are not able to hold our mid-week classes in the homes of members. They are being held online instead – please contact us if you would like to join.
2020 has been a challenging time for all of us. With us being unable to meet on Sundays or go to one another’s houses for much of the year we have been trying to find different ways to keep in contact with each other and engaged with God’s Word.
Back in May two of our members – Philemon and Jordan – began a series of discussions on the Psalms. Posting about every week they have covered some of the early psalms in the collection as well as themes that run through the whole book – Selah, titles, steadfast love and Christ in the psalms.
Click here for our YouTube channel where you will find the full playlist and you can subscribe and get notifications when new videos are posted.
We are very pleased to invite you to our public talk:
